The MJR Library is one of the landmarks inside campus. It has been carefully built up since 2012, and is housed in an area of 12000 sq ft. The library has a seating capacity for 400 persons and follows the open access system. A unique Book Security System is installed to protect its collection. The library is protected by a sophisticated fire alarm system. It has about 18,000 books covering wide range of disciplines of academic and non-academic interest, 50 back volumes of scientific and technical periodicals and extensive non-print learning resources. The library also subscribes to 200 specialized journals, both Indian and foreign. The library has an undoubtedly rich collection of literary and scientific literature. In addition to this, the library also equipped with an internet browsing centre which gives the students unlimited free access to various academic resources available on the net.
To cater to the requirements of the staff and students, a Book is bank is maintained. Two books are issued at a time for a period of 15 days initially. Many books relating to competitive examination are kept for reference.
The Library has subscribed for the e-journals package for AICTE Suggested IEEE, Elsevier. J-Gate for Management IETE, DELNET, NDL, INFLIBNET and NPTEL Courses and also subscribed of 73 National journals and 28 National magazines and General magazines. The Library providing for the staff and students such as OPAC, Multimedia, Internet, and Proceedings, Reports and CD ROMs Collections. Separate reprographic facilities are available for photocopying of reference materials, and other printed materials.
We are providing the NPTEL (National Program Technology Enhanced Learning) through online web and web video courses in engineering and humanities stream.
Professional Librarians and Technical Assistants help the users with their information needs. The college Library committee is headed by the principal comprising of all Heads of departments and Students Representatives.
Subject wise materials and notes are available related to engineering departments like ece,cse,mech,eee and civil.
Candidates can download Question Papers of any subject or of all subjects as per their requirement from the above given link.
